Does the app work offline?
Yes. Browsing, search, the guided breed finder, the gestation and incubation calculator, side-by-side compare, the favorites shortlist, the care glossary, and the quiz all run on device with no connection. Only the optional Wikipedia and source links open outside the app and need internet.
What information is shown for each breed?
Breed entries include origin country, breed purpose, mature size, productivity range, conservation status, temperament, and care notes for feed, housing, water, handling, social needs, and climate.
What are the Find, Tools, and Learn tabs?
Find is a guided selector that ranks breeds against your preferences. Tools holds the gestation and incubation calculator and the side-by-side compare. Learn holds the care glossary, the conservation-status explainer, and a quiz built from the catalog. Your favorites shortlist and notes are saved on this device only.
Is this veterinary guidance?
No. The app is a general reference starting point. It is not a substitute for veterinary care or local husbandry recommendations.
